Building a new house is a unique experience for everyone and that is exactly the way we see it.
Before undertaking a building’s construction and taking into account all technical specifications, our company provides the potential client with an analyzing offer describing all the work that needs to be done and every material that will be used, a dead line for the completion of the works and the total cost required. Should the offer be accepted, a  contract is signed by both parties.
Along with the completion of the project, a technical manual is handed to the client which includes videos and photos during construction, useful information concerning maintenance, as build drawings, construction guarantee etc.
